Sundial Price Scheduler stores the shop domain, encrypted Shopify access credentials, pricing job definitions, exact before-and-after catalog values, job history, and optional notification email needed to provide the service.
Data is used only to run scheduled catalog updates, rollback prices, provide history, bill for the optional Lifetime plan, and deliver requested notifications. We do not sell data or collect customer or order data.
Job records are retained while the app is installed so rollback and audit history remain available. Uninstall revokes access and Shopify's mandatory shop-redact webhook deletes stored shop data. Backups expire through the hosting provider's normal retention cycle.
Requests from the embedded app use verified Shopify session tokens. Shopify webhooks and OAuth callbacks are signature-validated. Production traffic uses HTTPS and production data uses managed PostgreSQL.
